T.I. Gets A Release Date

According to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, my #1 boo T.I., will be released in about 4 months on Thursday, September 29. So mark your calendars because you know there will be a party in the A that weekend. But let us pray that he has truly learned from his mistakes this time and stays out of jail and continues to put out great music.

New Music: T.I. - Get Back Up (ft. Chris Brown)

Hours after the rapper, T.I., was sentenced to 11 months in prison for violating his parole he released this song "Get Back Up" featuring Chris Brown.

T.I. addresses his "haters" and apologizes to his fans and those that supported him.

for letting you down, I won't take you down this road again

most of you now saying whatever, here we go again"

I find it ironic that he has Chris Brown on this track, a person who's also still getting grief from his actions earlier this year.

T.I. has 2 weeks to turn himself in to serve his sentence. I'm hoping within those 2 weeks we will find out when his album King Uncaged will be released-or not.

Your favorite blogger's favorite rapper, T.I. was released in March and has definitly made his presence known; with his official Twitter page @TIP: his first single "I'm Back": and his features on new singles: now we have a new movie "Takers", to look forward to as well as a new mixtape "F**k A Mixtape". He is making sure no one will forget him.

T.I. released a promo video for the mixtape.




The official album, "King Uncaged" will be released August 24, days after his latest movie premieres.
Here's the trailer for "Takers" also starring: Matt Dillon, Paul Walker, Chris Brown, Idris Elba, Michael Ealy, and Hayden Christensen.



The movie is scheduled to release August 20.
