The annual Costume Institute Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art was held today New York City and some of the biggest entertainment stars were in attendance. This year the program honored the late Alexander McQueen.

BET's Rip the Runway was filmed Friday night with the sexy hosts model Selita Ebanks and actor Mehcad Brooks. Performers included; Wiz Khalifa, Keri Hilson, Fabolous, Melanie Fiona, Miguel, and Lloyd. Foxy Brown even made an appearance on the red carpet with her blue contacts, I never realized how pretty she is.
Rip the Runway airs March 21 at 10p on BET.

New Video: Keri Hilson - Pretty Girl Rock
This song is my anthem and it should be the anthem to every girl out in the world. This is the video for Keri Hilson's second single, "Pretty Girl Rock", from her upcoming sophomore album No Boys Allowed.
In the video she pays homage to the black women who have paved the way for her in the music industry over the decades. She portrays Josephine Baker, the lovely Ms. Dorothy Dandridge (whom I absolutely adore), Diana Ross, Donna Summers, Janet Jackson, and TLC.
Keri announced on her twitter page that her album, No Boys Allowed, will drop on December 21.

Sweet Performances
Keri Hilson performed her new hit single "Slow Dance" on Jimmy Kimmel last week, showing why she is the hottest chick in the R & B game right now. Check out the performance.
Beyonce has taken her I Am... tour down-under in Australia. Over the weekend she serenaded a young girl who is battling cancer. Beyonce is such a sweetheart. This video almost brought me to tears.
To those still "freaked out" about Lady GaGa's outfits and performance at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards check her out performing one of her many hits acoustic, "Pokerface", live at the Marc Jacobs after party. I'm a fan and even I did not know she could sing this well.
and saving the best for last...This has to be my most favorite performance of the month right now. Jay Z performing live at his 9/11 benefit concert in NY at Madison Square Gardens with Rihanna & Kanye West. This is Rihanna's debut performance since the 'incident' and she looks amazing and even sound great too!

Loso's Day
The highly anticipated album from Fabolous is finally here. The album includes the sweet single "Throw it in the Bag" featuring The-Dream. Loso's Way the movie, also comes with the CD.
